We partner with DHL and UPS to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Production & Delivery Time

We put a lot of care into making our jewelry, and each piece is handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans. Because we want to ensure every item is perfect, production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the design.

Once your piece passes our thorough quality inspection, it is securely packaged and handed over to DHL or UPS for delivery. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

As an international seller, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid directly by the recipient.
