With our limited lifetime warranty, you'll have peace of mind knowing that we're committed to protecting your investment at all times.

The limited warranty covers optical properties and physical integrity of the Moissanite stone, including brilliance, fire, chipping, breaking, scratching, and abrasions. However, it does not cover damage or defects resulting from abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your stone or jewelry piece.

While our warranty covers a wide range of manufacturing defects, there are certain issues that would not be considered a defect. These include the discoloration of precious metals, which can occur when the jewelry comes into contact with makeup, lotions, chemicals, and alcohol. Additionally, metal or prongs that have become worn down from wear and tear will also not be covered by the warranty.

It's important to note that our warranty only applies if the repair is performed by Amaral Jewelry. If you take your jewelry to another store for repairs, the warranty will no longer be valid and the product will no longer have any protection. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we highly recommend coming to us for all of your repair needs.

To start the warranty process, all you need to do is contact us and let us know what's going on. We'll then ask you to send the jewelry back to us so we can perform an evaluation. If we find that there is indeed a manufacturing defect present, we will repair the damage or replace the item without any charge to you. On the other hand, if the issue is not covered by our lifetime warranty, we'll provide you with a quote for the repair cost so you can make an informed decision before any work is performed.

Please note that you are responsible for the associated shipping and insurance costs for your jewelry or gemstones to Amaral Jewelry. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipment, and we reserve the right to replace the item covered by the warranty with a new item.
